Pure Abundance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the WEALTH365 application at wealth365.app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Photos and Biometric Data: When you create your AI clone (WEALTHYpreneur ID), you upload photos of yourself. These photos are used to train a personalized AI model that generates images resembling you. This process involves the analysis of facial features and may constitute biometric data under certain state laws.
Voice Recordings: If you use Voice Studio features, your voice recordings are processed to create an AI voice clone. These recordings are transmitted to third-party voice synthesis services.
Content You Create: Text you enter for content generation, journal entries, brand information, sales coaching interactions, and any other content you input into the App.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, generation history, and session data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
(a) Provide, operate, and maintain the App's services; (b) Process your photos through AI image generation services to create your digital identity; (c) Process your voice recordings through AI voice synthesis services; (d) Generate personalized content, including images, videos, text, and audio; (e) Process payments and manage your subscription; (f) Improve the App and develop new features; (g) Communicate with you about your account and the App; (h) Comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party AI Processing
This is important: Your personal data, including photos and voice recordings, is transmitted to and processed by third-party AI services to deliver the App's features. These services include:
Higgsfield (higgsfield.ai): Receives your photos to train an AI identity model (Soul ID) and generate AI images of you. Higgsfield processes your facial features to create consistent character representations.
fal.ai: Receives your photos for image processing, model training, and AI image generation including your WEALTHYpreneur ID character reference sheet.
HeyGen (heygen.com): Receives AI-generated images and audio to produce talking-head videos (Expert Video). HeyGen processes facial features for lip-sync animation.
ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io): If you connect your own ElevenLabs account, your voice recordings are processed by ElevenLabs for voice cloning and text-to-speech generation. Your ElevenLabs API key is encrypted before storage.
Fish Audio (fish.audio): Processes voice generation requests for the built-in voice option.
Anthropic (anthropic.com): Processes text inputs for content generation, prompt expansion, coaching, and other AI-powered text features. Anthropic does not receive your photos or voice recordings.
Supadata: Processes publicly available URLs for content research and analysis features.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies. We select partners who maintain industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee their data handling.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data and generated content are stored in Supabase (our database provider) with row-level security ensuring users can only access their own data. The App is hosted on Vercel. We implement encryption for sensitive data including API keys (AES-256-CBC encryption).
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion: (a) your AI identity data is removed from third-party services (Higgsfield Soul ID deletion); (b) your uploaded photos and generated content are purged from our storage; (c) your personal data is deleted from our databases. Transaction records may be retained as required by law.
If your subscription is canceled, your account and associated data will be automatically deleted 30 days after cancellation.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
(a) Access the personal data we hold about you; (b) Request correction of inaccurate data; (c) Request deletion of your data (you can do this directly through the App's account deletion feature); (d) Object to or restrict certain processing of your data; (e) Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format); (f) Withdraw consent for biometric data processing.

7. Biometric Data Notice
If you are a resident of Illinois, Texas, Washington, or other states with biometric privacy laws: The App processes your facial features through third-party AI services to create a personalized AI identity. By uploading your photos and checking the consent box in Clone Studio, you provide informed written consent to: (a) the collection of your facial geometry data; (b) the transmission of this data to third-party AI services listed in Section 3; (c) the use of this data to generate AI images of you. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of biometric data at any time by deleting your account.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
9. Cookies and Tracking
The App uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
